Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re not able to issue refunds or replacements.
What can be returned?
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Gift cards and discounted/sale items cannot be returned.
How do refunds work?
Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to finalize the credit.
If you don’t see the refund after a few days, contact your bank first. Then, email us at care@littledropsofwater.com.
What about defective or damaged items?
We happily replace items that arrive damaged or defective—and in these cases, we cover the return shipping costs.
To start an exchange:
- Email us at care@littledropsofwater.com with photos of the damage.
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

How are gift returns handled?
If the item was marked as a gift and sent to the recipient, we will give a gift credit once we get the return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or was shipped to the buyer first), the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Who pays for return shipping?
- For broken or defective items, we cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
- If your order got free shipping, that’s great! But if you return some items, the cost of shipping might be taken out of your refund.
- For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable service and/or shipping insurance.
